This is for registration, membership, planning and game data which is shared and published as part of the competition.

BTTC All Stars TT only uses your data if we have a lawful reason to do so – for example to reply to enquiries you send us, when we wish to communicate with you and to manage our relationship with you. Even then, we must take into consideration what is right for you and when we require your consent.

We will never share your data with third parties, unless you have provided your explicit consent for us to do so or we are required to do so by law.

At any point while we hold your data you have the right to:
• request to have access to the data
• instruct us to erase your data
• receive a copy of your data

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We will only keep your information for the length of time you are part of All Stars TT or until you say you wish your data to be removed from our system.
