Format

The BTTC League is a weekly Singles league that started in September 2021 and has 7 divisions of 12 or 16 players.

The format of the BTTC League is 16 players in a Singles League, 3 best of 5 matches a week, over a 10 week period.

If you can’t commit to playing every week you may wish to register as a reserve to play when you’re available.

Click here to see results, tables and fixtures from the current season as well as previous.

If a player can’t make it then a reserve will be found. The reserve will play for themselves and will get any points that they win, not the player that they are covering for.

After 10 weeks there will be promotion and relegation across the Bands. We will run a Spring, Summer and Autumn season.

Results and tables will be shared weekly using Whatsapp.

Cost

The cost for playing in the league from January will be in line with all other BTTC sessions – £5 (£2 concession) per player each week

If players set up a monthly subscription or Direct Debit to the club then this will be collected at the end of each month via GoCardless. Alternatively players can pay cash or card each time they play.

Anyone on a £35 monthly direct debit will have their league fees included. Those currently on a £20 monthly subscription who want to play in the league will be asked to increase this to £35.

How to join

To sign up to the BTTC League, please email info@brightontabletennisclub.com or speak to one of the coaches to find out more about playing as a regular or a reserve.
