Volunteering at BTTC

Volunteers are key to our work at Brighton Table Tennis Club.
We already have a wonderful group of people who are part of our community and contribute a wide range of skills to enhance our provision and life in the club and beyond.

If you are interested in volunteering, it is essential that you join us to get to know us first and play table tennis. You don’t have to be an accomplished player, but it is important that you engage with us in our core activity.

After that, if you wish to pursue volunteering with us, we will ask you to complete a brief application form. We are interested in a diversity of skills, so we will want to know what you could offer. For example, sometimes, as well as supporting our table tennis coaches, we also need people to help children with reading, or providing conversational time with people for whom English is not their first language, inputting data results or driving the mini bus ( drivers must be D1 licensed).

After we have received the application form, a short interview will be arranged, but by then we hope that we will have got to know each other and it will be brief and informal. We are delighted to have so many people who want to offer their time with us, so we hope that you will understand why this process is necessary. If you are interested in taking this further, please contact info@brightontabletennisclub.com and say that you are interested in becoming a BTTC volunteer.

If you would like to volunteer please email us and say that you are interested in becoming a BTTC volunteer.
